Finally Finished: Thuja socks

After getting off to a slow start, I finally finished my husband's Thuja socks. He likes them a lot, said they fit perfectly, and are nice and warm.

The details:

• Pattern: Thuja, from Knitty.com
• Yarn: Avanti, a light worsted-weight (maybe it's a heavy sport-weight) superwash merino
• Needles: Size 4 dpns (started w/ aluminum, didn't like how they felt, switched to Crystal Palace bamboo)

If I make these again, I will make the leg about 1 1/2" longer, but otherwise, I just love them.
