I finally finished the first sock I've ever made for myself! It is from Tofutsies, in the colorway called "Put Your Foot Down." I used the Baby Cable Rib from Sensational Knitted Socks, by Charlene Schurch. I love, love, love it! The yarn is very thin, and took me much longer to knit than I had anticipated, but the fabric is so silky and soft, and it feels absolutely yummy on my feet (well, foot.) I can't wait to finish its friend, so I can actually wear them. This is supposed to be my Socktopia entry for February, but lucky for me, there is a "grace period." We'll see if I get them done by March 10.
